[WSBAPT] Lost Will & Appoint Custodian

As to a lost will, here is a Petition I used recently.
Only Snohomish County has rejected on the Petition alone so I have attached requested additional documentation, Decl re Circumstances re Lost Will.  I now use both in all lost will circumstances. The judge signed off and the probate was opened.

Does anyone have a Motion or Petition to nominate a Custodian (parent) pursuant to RCW 11.114.040 - not a guardianship but an estate to provide real property to 2 minor children?

Here's one I  used 5 years ago.  I think the statute is pretty clear on the requirements and I've found the commissioners pretty liberal in granting letters in these situations.  Allen
