[WSBAPT] Development Trust Agreement

Is there a Deskbook or trust seminar book that has samples for trust agreements.  I have a new probate in which my client (widow) and her two adult daughters inherited several lots which are to be developed with duplexes.  The 3 parties want to form an LLC and have a development trust agreement.   I'm looking to draft a Development Trust Agreement and my search for examples is proving fruitless.  Has anyone prepared one and if so, would you mind sharing or directing me to an example or similar document?  I find many Land Trust Agreements but these are not at all what I want.
