I have a client who needs an Oregon probate opened for her mom.  There is a
Will. She also will have a WA probate opened in which I can serve as
resident agent for WA real property once Oregon is opened.  Her brother will
serve as PR and he lives in Warrenton, Oregon.  The husband is declining to
serve as named PR and my client is alternate PR but lives in Texas and wants
her brother in Oregon to serve.

The mom had a home with her husband in Damascus, Oregon.

Please send me your contact information to forward to her and her brother.

I am licensed in OR but inactive and like to associate with Oregon counsel
on probates.
