[WSBAPT] Missing Trust Document

I am looking for a trust created 7/23/1984 (attorney unknown) by or for the
following:

H L Olsen Jr
Ann E Olsen
Martha Wickline

Martha was the last trustee and died with assets in the trust - cannot find
trust and all other beneficiaries have also died.  If you know any of these
names your assistance is greatly appreciated.
