[WSBAPT] No probate and TDD

It depends on the title company.  I have found that if the title company is one you have worked with in the past, the Affidavit works.  But, if it says it won’t accept it without probate being opened, then you might call a different title company.

Client did not probate her husband's estate so his name remains on Real Property. He had no heirs but her. Will Title insure with a non probate affidavit so she can get a refinance?  She would then like to use a TDD.
