[WSBAPT] another referral -- totally off topic

Another client of mine is serving on the board of a boat dock association that provides water service to over 310 boat slips in Anacortes.  https://delmarcommunity.com/

They are looking, in particular, for legal advice relative to their rights to hold reserves for water main repairs (and the like).  Bylaws do not directly address, other than to say the board is in charge.  Board president (my client) is pretty savvy and is definitely great to work with.  I suspect other questions will arise as well.

Any interest or referrals?
