Have a client who need a very old Will that appears to be in the repository probated. It is possible it has already been probated and just needs to be reopened. The need arises due to a contract to sell land in deceased's name, so someone knowledgeable in real estate as well would be ideal, though we can always help on the real estate side if needed. Self-referrals welcome!
