Folks -

PC's father died intestate 5 years ago as a Washington resident with no real
property here and no probate.

Father owned property in Hawaii, and now PC wants to transfer it into his
name. He and sister are sole intestate heirs and are in agreement.

I believe no probate is needed here? Anyone licensed in Hawaii or who can
refer him to an attorney there?

Thank you.
