I was contacted by a prospective client about a Seattle real estate transaction that went poorly.

"We were working with a lender for purchasing a home in July that repeatedly failed to close after agreeing to a close date and various extensions. Eventually, the sellers required we select a new lender in order to extend any further, and we closed the next week. We accrued substantial costs due to the first lenders failures and would like to recover those expenses."

Is anyone interested in talking with them? I'll pass along all referrals. Thanks.
