[WSBAPT] Transfer Document for Vehicle Being Transferred from Estate to Heir

Listmates:

I am transferring a vehicle out of an estate, to an heir.  The vehicle is not security for any loans.

In a sale situation, we use a Bill of Sale.  Not applicable in a transfer out of an estate, without consideration.  So, I am looking for a transfer document, akin to a Bill of Sale, which, when presented with a signed-off title to the DOL, will result in issuance of a new Title in the name of the heir.

We used to use forms issued by the Clerk (I think they were called K-Forms), for which we paid $2.00, which reflected a distribution discussed in a Decree of Distribution (I am dating myself), but that is not happening now, of course.

Any help with a simple form would be appreciated.
