[WSBAPT] Unique Property Appraisal

I have a potential client in Sequim  and local appraisers can't really help
her. The property is unique; a 10 acre hobby farm, a historic barn, vintage
house, and an additional dwelling built by her son to a very unique
standard, she calls it the “Hobbit House”. Do you know any appraisers I
could refer to her?
