Need trust/estate attorney referral for Stanislaus County, CA.  PC is son of decedent, and nominated as successor trustee and sole beneficiary of a partially-funded, deathbed RLT which holds title to his father's family's longtime real property but grants surviving spouse (subsequent marriage) a life estate in the property and obligates the trust (with no income or other assets) to pay the expenses for the property.  Any referrals will be passed on.
