[WSBAPT] Insolvent Estate - Waiting 2 years and then?

One caveat is for personal injury/tort claims against the decedent.  Those can be extended to 3 years pursuant to the SOL for tort but if the decedent had proper insurance, there shouldn’t be an issue even if a claim is made.

Good Morning List -

I have my first PC with an insolvent estate of their uncle.

Totally understand the SOL for claims against deceased is 2 years, but after that period - do they simply have the right to sell assets and take proceeds?

As of this date no probate has been opened.
