[WSBAPT] Means Tested Benefits Expert

Client bequeathing his sizeable estate in equal shares to three children, two directly, one to an existing special needs trust for adult child with significant disabilities and medical issues. Client wants to give some funds now directly to disabled child, special needs trustees also have questions as to permissible future distributions without impacting benefits which, given disabled person's medical needs, are significant. Any recommendations as to someone specializing in these issues? This is well above my pay grade.
