Dear Scott, the complicating factor it seems to me is the fact that the property owner is deceased.  If you do a foreclosure you are supposed to send notice to the owner and if no probate has been commenced I am unsure to whom you would send the notice.  Also I do not know what type of lien the potential client has, whether it is a real estate contract, mortgage or deed of trust.  Anyway I am in Skagit County and will not undertake this type of work in Mason County hence the request for volunteers.  Yours truly, Doug Owens
