[WSBAPT] Alaska Resident w/ Washington Property-Referral for pre-nup & estate planning

Listmates:

I have a client who lives primarily in Alaska and considers himself to be a resident (domiciliary?) of Alaska. He also has real property in Washington State. He is getting married to his long-time partner and is asking me to review their pre-Nup that he has drafted and to draft a Living Trust to hold all of his property: Alaska & Washington.

I am licensed to practice law in Washington only. It seems to me that he should have an Alaska attorney do this work for him.

Any referrals to good counsel there?
