[WSBAPT] Publication in Grant County

I use the Coulee city News Standard, , It may be the cheapest. About $210 for notice to creditors.  Is Grant County Journal cheaper?

What paper do people use to publish Probate Notice in Grant County?  I called the Columbia Basin and they said it would be $380 for three weeks of publication; which is a lot higher than the rates I am used to.
