[WSBAPT] Appraiser towards North Bend

Good morning!
I have an estate that has significant real property in the North Bend area.  I'm looking for a good (and discreet) appraiser for estate tax purposes, but also to give the client a sense of possible value.  I suspect that the property may have commercial value, although there is one piece that is residential with split ownership.
