[WSBAPT] Transferring LLC into Trust

Single member or not? Any restrictions on the operating agreement?

Is there a certificate? If so, transfer like a share of corporate stock. Otherwise assignment separate from certificate. Use the usual securities law legends. 

No immediate need to notify the SOS.
