[WSBAPT] Statute of limitations to challenge capacity of Trustors

I have a client who is the trustee of a trust his parents signed in 1985. It was revocable until the H died many years ago). Because it is now irrevocable I assume RCW 11.98 applies and not RCW 11.103.050? and specifically RCW 11.98.145 (distribution after 30 days notice absent objections).
It is now time to terminate trust as W now died.
Client is wondering if any beneficiaries (distribution was not equal ) wanted to challenge the capacity of the trustors, when such claims would be barred?
