The issue you sometimes run into is a boundary line revision or lot combination etc. that is subsequent to the last deed.  The tax legal can give clues as to these matters, even though it isn’t a legal that we want to rely on.

I am preparing a PR deed in distribution from an estate, and find that the legal description from a previous deed is quite different from the “tax description” in Pierce Co.  Can I consult with one of you about how to write up this legal description?  Thanks in advance…
