No you use the new will and file probate based on it as long as it is valid and signed properly ... probably noting for hearing the opening of probate and providing notice to brother

PC wants to probate mothers estate, and I get original will out of county court repository.

Her brother, who lived with mother for years, filed newer will, but does not file to open probate.

Can I just proceed to open probate with first will?

Subject: [WSBAPT] TDD to minor

Can a person use a TTD to convey a portion of real prep to a person who may still be a minor when the grantor dies? Do you need to say in the TTD if, ......., if still a minor, then to a Guardian or ??
Thanks
Mike
