I have that situation and we are disclosing the second will and alleging it was the result of undue influence and or lack of testementery capacity and gave notice to all heirs and nominated PR in second will and set it for hearing

Her brother, who lived with mother for years, filed newer will, but does not file to open probate.

Can I just proceed to open probate with first will?

Can a person use a TTD to convey a portion of real prep to a person who may still be a minor when the grantor dies?  Do you need to say in the TTD if, .......,  if still a minor, then to a Guardian or ??
