[WSBAPT] UTMA deed

[Bob Pittman]

I have been contacted by a former "minor" named on a UTMA deed.  The
custodian will not cooperate in releasing the interest to the minor.  Has
anyone dealt with clearing title in such a situation and confirming the
former minor as vested owner?  I'm guessing a title company might have a
comment on this one.
