[WSBAPT] AK Medicaid/estate referral

I have a client who was trustee of a testamentary special needs trust for her adult nephew, who lived in Alaska.  (The testator died in 2011 and the trust was set up then.)  The nephew was on Medicaid for a number of years and died a couple of weeks ago.  The Anchorage attorney isn't practicing anymore, but he told her she had to contact Medicaid about reimbursement.  The nephew didn't have any assets and there won't be a probate.

Does anyone have a referral for an attorney in Anchorage who knows about AK Medicaid and SNTs?  Thanks.
