[WSBAPT] Creditor requesting me to file its cred claim

Although you didn’t say so, I assume you were doing the probate and got this from a creditor.  If so, you wouldn’t want to do anything to help the creditor, so ignore it.  AFter the four months I would send a rejection (although you properly served the claim on me, you didn’t file it on time).

Crazy, huh?  Just received Cred Claim with cover letter requesting this office to please file and provide them a conformed copy.  Well of course not.  I’m inclined to ignore it, but since don’t want to allow any possible argument that they relied on us to do this, would anyone write back and say no?
