[WSBAPT] Creditor requesting me to file its cred claim

Melinda,

Odd, but do you want the business? Is it a reputable company/creditor?
Would you want to take on representation? Maybe they didn't know how the
process works? Odd, but if you are sure it is not scam and you are willing
to take on the representation of the creditor perhaps call them and discuss
your fees, details etc. If not, I would write a letter denying taking on
the representation and advising that they seek legal counsel immediately.
You don't want them having any claims against you (I don't see how but
still....) if they miss the deadline to file a claim.
