[WSBAPT] Designation of Successor Agent _ POA. RCW 11.125.110(2)

Good morning,

Is there a designated procedure to follow if one grants Agent authority to designate successor Agent under RCW 11.125.110(2) in their POA?  How is the POA document changed?  Who signs if principal is incapacitated at that point?
