[WSBAPT] TEDRA Notice and Out of State Plaintiff

One of two last known addresses for a Plaintiff in a TEDRA action is out of state. Plaintiff is no longer represented, didn't show for a deposition, i.e. hasn't pursued their case. We are noting a hearing on defendant's Motion to dismiss.
Am I required to provide more than the 20 days described under TEDRA for an ex-parte hearing? Normal notice for a Motion to dismiss under CR 41(b) is 10 days, TEDRA almost certainly extends this to 20 days, I'm just wondering whether the out of state address extends the notice period further.
