<p class="MsoNormal">Am I required to provide more than the 20 days described under TEDRA for an ex-parte hearing? Normal notice for a Motion to dismiss under CR 41(b) is 10 days, TEDRA almost certainly extends this to 20 days, I’m just wondering whether the
