Listmates:

I am assisting clients in terminating their Revocable Living Trust. A lot in Yuma, AZ is currently in the Trust.

So, we will need one Deed, transferring ownership of the lot to Husband and Wife.

We will then need a second deed transferring ownership of the lot from Husband and Wife, solely to Wife, or possibly the equivalent of a Quit Claim Deed from Husband to Wife, of Husband's interest in the lot.

Do any of you have knowledge of an attorney in Yuma who could assist?

Thank you all for any info you can give me.

Regards,

Doug Bratt
