Subject: [WSBAPT] Seeking Renton elderlaw attorney for referral?

A colleague is seeking an attorney in Renton or close by who could assist a potential client.  The potential client is the adult child of a parent who recently had a stroke and is now in a care facility.  The PC has a DPOA for the parent, and needs assistance re advice on managing the parent’s financial affairs, planning for long term care needs for the parent and possibly selling one or more parcels of real estate.  This may also involve eviction of the PC’s non-rent paying siblings from such properties in order to sell them.  There may be tax issues as well related to the real estate.

Anyone interested or have a person/firm I could refer the PC to?
