and needs assistance re advice on managing the parent’s financial affairs, planning for long term care needs for the parent and possibly selling one or more parcels of real estate. This may also involve eviction of the PC’s non-rent paying siblings from such
properties in order to sell them. There may be tax issues as well related to the real estate.<o:p></o:p></p>
