[WSBAPT] Medical Power of Attorney - Out of Country Usage

Good Afternoon!

I have clients who's now 18 year old son will be traveling out of the
country later this month. They asked about the efficacy of having a
Washington State Medical POA with him so that should something happen that
they will have authority to authorize treatment and/or get information
should there be a need.

Appreciate any tips, suggestions, guidance is appreciated.
