[WSBAPT] month to month rental agreement for Seattle

What I meant was a rental agreement that runs from month to month, rather than a year’s lease.  I was able to come up with such an agreement. If anyone wants a copy, let me know.  Glad to share and receive any comments on it.

Generally, there is no month-to-month contract.  The month-to-month comes about when a one-year lease ends and the parties do not create a new lease.  The terms established in the one-year lease continue; except for the rent.
