[WSBAPT] Assignment? of Remainder Trust Share

Hi Listmates:
I have a client who is the Trustee of a Trust set up by his mother for her significant other to live in a house she owned for his lifetime. The remainder beneficiaries are her 5 children. One beneficiary would like to be "bought out" and the Trustee client is willing to do that. When she 'sells' her share of the Trust to him would it be an Assignment of her interest?
