[WSBAPT] House in Trust, original trustees deceased no Trust found?

I have PC with a current Will but real property was transfered to a trust
according to King County Records  No trust document has been found.  My
question is can a PR be given the power to sell real property held in trust
by deceased parents?  Or is there a need for a TEDRA agreement? Any advice
appreciated.
