[WSBAPT] Off Topic Referral - sexual assault accusation

Paul:

I currently have two cases of this nature.  I have had good outcomes with
the prosecutors, in that we were able to get Stipulated Order of
Continuance (SOC).  We agreed to an evaluation and any identified
treatment.  No criminal record once probation ends in one year.
