[WSBAPT] Off Topic Referral - sexual assault accusation

[Paul Grant]

Client's son (15 years old) was approached by police about a complaint that
he molested a girl (I do not know any facts).  They wanted to willingly go
to a scheduled interview without representation.  They cancelled and are
now stalling in hopes of finding an experienced attorney to assist through
this begin stage of fact-finding by police.

Son, of course, states he has done nothing.  CPS is now calling family as
well.

Any recommendations, specifically if Seattle/Bellvue or south in Tacoma,
are greatly appreciated.
