[WSBAPT] nonlawyer document destruction

Listmates --

Client administering an estate has a bunch of legal and faux-legal documents with personal financial and health information on them. All appear to be copies. Some are more than 7 years old, some less. The estate is that of a nonlawyer, so no RPCs to consult. I haven't found any general retention requirements, but I may have missed something. If all docs are destroyed, is that a problem legally? If someone can point me in the right direction, I would be grateful.

Thanks,
