Attached is a Complaint for Partition that I recently used.  The end result on this one was the referee sold the property.  Usually, after the litigation is commenced, the parties will agree to sell the property. Sale by agreement is much more cost effective.

I have to bring a partition action in order to force some land to be sold for my client who owns the land with her ex-husband as tenants in common.

Does anyone have a template complaint for a partition action they would be willing to share?
