[WSBAPT] Lost will - Richard Lawrence Higbee

Good morning,

 

I am posting this on behalf of another attorney. The attorney and heirs are
looking for the will of Richard Lawrence Higbee, a long-time resident of
Marysville, Washington. Mr. Higbee died in October 2016. 

 

Prior to his death Mr. Higbee assured his children that he had revised his
will along with his medical power of attorney. (Mr. Higbee's brother and
neighbors seem to have had conversations with Mr. Higbee regarding his new
will.) Unfortunately, no one asked Mr. Higbee where the original will was
stored. It is believed that Mr. Higbee utilized the services of an attorney
near his residence or one in the Snohomish County area. 

 

It is believed that the will was drafted in the late 2006 timeframe. 

 

If anyone drafted a will for Mr. Higbee, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
