[WSBAPT] Will filed, now probate

I would refer to the will in the petition as if you were filing it simultaneously. The ex parte cover sheet asks whether a will has been filed in the estate, so, presumably, the clerk will retrieve the will and bring it to the commissioner.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Will filed, now probate

I know this has been asked and answered, but I didn't retain the info because I didn't need it. Nominated PR filed the will because she was told (not by me) she had to, and now we are filing a probate. How do I make reference to the original will in my probate filing and ex parte appearance?

Thanks.
