Hello,

I am assisting a client with some estate planning. Her estate is minimal,
but she has a $30,000 investment in Camaplan. This is a Self-Directed IRA
that allows you to purchase real estate via the IRA. The plan is in
Pennsylvania and the property in Philadelphia.

I am curious if anyone knows how this would be treated at death?

If it's called an "IRA", I assume it would be treated as a regular
non-probate investment.
