[WSBAPT] Seeking Referral for an Real Estate Appraiser for Properties in Snohomish County

I'm seeking referral for an appraiser to appraise three pieces of properties
in Snohomish County for an estate. They are somewhat unusual as one is a
waterfront property in Edmonds that includes tideland (separated by the
railroad right of way).  One piece is an 11 acres timberland with a small
old house in it. The third piece is 18 acres of timberland.    I will
forward all referrals to the Personal Representatives. Thank you!
