[WSBAPT] Referral: Family Care, Marital Trust, and TEDRA

I have a referral to give. C's mother is disabled and needs full-time care.
C has volunteered to care for mom but needs money. All of mom's money is in
a marital trust set up by deceased husband (C's step-father) and that is
drafted to pay out to C's step-sibling upon mom's death. Step-siblings are
apparently unwilling to sign a TEDRA to help pay C for mom's care. I don't
have sufficient bandwidth right now to manage this situation and the
particular intricacies that it might demand, so I'm looking to pass them
off to someone who may have experience dealing with this type of situation.
