[WSBAPT] Non-Estate Question - Air Rights

Good Afternoon -

I have a client who would like to transfer a property they own to another
but add a document to the title that reserves the air rights on the
property so that it can protect their view for the future.

Does anyone have experience with this or a sample deed that I could review?
