[WSBAPT] Off-topic referral for 42 year old crime

Was he convicted of it?  Or was it never prosecuted?  If not prosecuted,
you could ask that it be dismissed because of his right to a speedy trial.
If he was convicted of it, then he could possibly get his record expunged.
I don't do that, but I know there are attorneys that do.  There is one in
Clark County who specifically lists that as a service.  His name is Bjorn
