[WSBAPT] Off-topic referral for 42 year old crime

A family member was busted at age 19 for driving with a suspended license with a keg of beer in the car.  This was in 1975 and he has much better judgment now.  Just recently, he was on a cruise in Canada, and coming back into the US he was taken off the ship by border control because of this offense.  They let him go, of course, and he has managed to find a case number (Thurston County District Court), but they don't tell him how to clear it.

Does anyone have a suggestion for someone to help him clear it?  Or, if it isn't hard, maybe I can do it.  Thanks.
