My gut feeling (always reliable) is that unless there is actual litigation or Court hearings and someone objects, asking for removal to Kitsap, King County is a fine place to file.

I have King County clients who want to make a TEDRA agreement to transfer ownership of their parents' Kitsap County cabin.  I know I could file a probate in King in this situation, but is there any reason I can't file the TEDRA here?
